Shipping/Handling Policy
We use UPS as our shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance cost up to $100.00. Here are the available shipping methods, estimated shipping charges and processing time. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or major holidays. Please plan your order accordingly. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. UPS charges an additional fee if you want a Saturday delivery and this option is only available for Next Day Air. The total shipping cost depends on your shipping method, weight, and value of our package. Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit. Wholesale orders, shipping and handling will be adjusted at the time of shipment. International orders will have additional charges to apply.

Returns
We offer returns, only for defective merchandise, within 30 days. All other sales are exchangeable within 10 days. All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final on special orders and SALE merchandise. ATOC OFFERS NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY. STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED AND REDEEMABLE WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
