Shipping/Handling Policy
We use UPS as our shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance cost up to $100.00. Here are the available shipping methods, estimated shipping charges and processing time. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or major holidays. Please plan your order accordingly. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. UPS charges an additional fee if you want a Saturday delivery and this option is only available for Next Day Air. The total shipping cost depends on your shipping method, weight, and value of our package. Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit.

Order Info
In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. There is a $10.00 fee on all special orders. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Returns
We offer returns, only for defective merchandise, within 30 days. All other sales are exchangeable within 10 days. All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final on special orders and sale merchandise so please be sure to read our size and fit section.

Product Availability and Special Orders
We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date. generally, we have the items in stock. If not, we will notify you that your order has been placed and will ship in 4-6 weeks. A lot of our items are tailored made to fit, such as our vest and jackets, or special orders, and these items take a little more time for shipment, so please allow accordingly. If you are placing a special order, please fill out the Special Order Form and mail it, along with your picture and specific directions and colors that you want on your merchandise to:

Please remember that there is a $10.00 fee for all special ordered items and that we prefer to tailor fit our vest and jackets. If your picture has a face on it, please add an additional $10.00 fee as well.

Size and Fit
We prefer to tailor fit our vest and jackets for a more true fit. However, we do have S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL sizes available. Most of our shoes run true to size with the exception of the Sacha (espadrille sandal), they come in whole sizes only, and run about 1/2 size smaller. They are made a little narrower across the instep, but can be special ordered in a wide width. Our leather is very soft and durable leather; it will stretch some to the form of your foot. I would only suggest ordering a wide width shoe if you normally wear wide widths in all your shoes. The Anita Mule runs a little wider across the toe area. Size is very critical especially on special orders since they are final sales. If you are not sure of your size, please feel free to call us and we will be glad to assist you.
