Ordering Information:
You must submit your application below, once you are approved, you will log-in with your password and begin shopping. Only "Gina" products will reflect the 50% discount at check-out. Orders cancelled after 3 business days will result in a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will be manually adjusted.
Order Process:
Annette’s Touch of Class is unable to offer any exchanges, refunds or buyback options on overstock to any of our wholesale merchants. All orders are final sales with a 50% deposit made at the time your order is placed, and balance charged at the time of shipment. No order will be processed without a completed {CC Authorization Document (word doc.)}, and a current {Resale Certificate (pdf)} (Texas merchants only). Please fax completed forms to: 936-856-3233.

Shipping:
ATOC ships UPS, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges will be manually adjusted.
Territorial Protection:
ATOC will do their best to protect a merchant, with a 6 monthe re-order, and no less than 15 miles of a current merchant. A 6-month period of inactivity will result in an open zip code.
Payment:
ATOC will accept cash, money orders, paypal or credit cards as payment. Payments made by credit card will result in a 1% convenience charge in addition to your shipping and handling.
Returns:
Please examine your merchandise immediately. Damages or defects need to be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment and returned in original packaging. All returns must have an RA label, or will not be accepted. No refunds will be given. All sales are final on sale merchandise.
Show Policy:
Because we market, and represent, our own products through various road shows, merchants are required to have a store front. Merchants must request, in writing, permission to attend any shows. Should ATOC be denied any show, as a result of a merchant, your account will be immediately terminated.
Guarantee:
We guarantee everything you purchase from Annette’s Touch of Class to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Please check your merchandise carefully.
