We would like to say thank you for your continued support and business.  Please take a minute to read our policies; this will help to eliminate any misunderstandings later.

Ordering Information:

Please fax all orders to, 936-856-3233, or place your order, on-line, in our newly added wholesale section.  Please be sure your store name and a contact number is on your faxed order.  Any orders cancelled after 3 business days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  All shoe orders are final sales with a 50% deposit, made at the time your order is placed, balance will be due at time of shipment.  Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form, on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as, a current resale certificate. 

Order Process:

Annette’s Touch of Class is unable to offer any exchanges, refunds or buyback options on overstock to any of our wholesale accounts, due to the fact that all items are made at the time in which the order is placed. All products in which we wholesale will be labeled as a "Gina" product online and wholesale discount will be applied at check-out.

Minimum Orders:

First time orders-$500.00

Subsequent orders- 4 pair minimum, same design and style shoe, (less than 4 pair will result in additional charges)

Prices are subject to change without written notice.

Ship Dates:

Please allow 2-4 weeks for t-shirts and 4-6 weeks for shoes.

Territorial Protection:

ATOC will to their best to not sell the same merchandise to another retail location in the same zip code, or within 20 miles of an existing account in good standing.  A 6-month period of inactivity will result in an open zip code. 

Payment:

ATOC will accept cash, money orders, or credit cards as payment.  Payments made by credit card will result in a 1% convenience charge in addition to your shipping and handling.   Business checks are accepted but must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days, before order is shipped.

Shipment:

We ship all items UPS.  We do not ship COD.

Returns:

All returns must have an RA label, or will not be accepted.  If you should find any defects in your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item, but no refunds will be given.

Show Policy:

Because we market and represent our own products through road shows we require that you have a store front.  You must inform us of any shows, in writing, before attending.  Should ATOC be denied any show, as a result of a retailer, your account will be immediately closed.

Guarantee:

We guarantee everything you purchase from Annette’s Touch of Class to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Please check your merchandise carefully.  Because our shoes are hand painted, signed and numbered by individual artist, no two will be alike, making each shoe unique. We guarantee our painted products from cracking or fading.
